To exchange you need to complete several steps:
Fill out all fields of the form provided. Click the “Exchange” button.
Read the terms of the agreement for the provision of exchange services, if you accept them, check the appropriate box and click the “Create application” button.
Pay the application. To do this, you must transfer the required amount by following the instructions on our website.
After completing these steps, the systеm will move you to the “Application Status” page, where the status of your transfer will be indicated.
The exchange rates are fixed at the moment the funds are fully credited to our exchange wallet.
The e-mail you provide must be valid! We can solve any questions or problems regarding the exchange via mailbox or chat.
The application processing time is from 1 to 5 hours from the moment of receiving payment from the client.
