To exchange, you need to follow a few steps:
Fill in all fields of the submitted form. Click the “Exchange” button.
Read the terms of the agreement for the provision of exchange services, if you accept them, check the appropriate box and click the “Create request” button.
Pay for the application. To do this, you need to transfer the required amount by following the instructions on our website.
After completing the above steps, the systеm will redirect you to the “Application Status” page, where the status of your transfer will be indicated.
If the exchange rate changes by more than 0.5% at the time of receipt of payment, a recalculation will be made on the Huobi exchange.
The specified e-mail must be valid! We can solve any questions and problems on the exchange through the mailbox or chat.
The time to complete the application is from 1 to 5 hours, from the moment the payment is received from the client.
Attention: this operation will require the participation of an operator (see operator status).
Please note that in this direction of exchange – payment is made only during the working hours of the courier. The client’s bank details are replenished in cash through the bank’s cash desk, during the bank’s cash desk opening hours (from 10:00 to 18:00 Moscow time).
