To exchange, you need to follow a few steps:
Fill in all fields of the submitted form. Click the “Exchange” button.
Read the terms of the agreement for the provision of exchange services, if you accept them, check the appropriate box and click the “Create Application” button.
Pay for the application. To do this, you need to transfer the required amount by following the instructions on our website.
After completing these steps, the systеm will move you to the “Application Status” page, where the status of your transfer will be indicated.
If the exchange rate changes by more than 0.5% at the time of receipt of payment, a recalculation will be made on the Huobi exchange.
The specified e-mail must be valid! We can solve any questions and problems on the exchange through the mailbox or chat.
Application execution time from 1 to 5 hours, from the moment of receiving payment from the client.
Attention: this operation will require the participation of an operator (see operator status).
Please note that in this direction of exchange – payment is made only during the working hours of the courier. (from 09:00 to 21:00 Moscow time). The courier works only within the ring road.
